These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ThreadMage AI platform operated by Kelet-Agro Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

User: any natural person, legal entity, or organization that uses the Service.
2. Scope and Amendment
These Terms apply to all legal relationships arising from the use of the ThreadMage AI platform. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; amendments take effect upon publication on the website and do not affect existing confirmed subscriptions.
3. Description of Service
ThreadMage AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) AI chatbot platform enabling businesses to conduct automated customer communication. The Service includes:
• AI chatbot integration on websites
• Product recommendations and lead collection
• Multilingual communication
• Facebook and Instagram messaging integration
• Analytics tools and reporting
4. Registration and Account
Registration is required to use the Service. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account. If you detect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected]. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations.
5. Subscription Fees and Payment Terms
Subscription pricing is based on current rates displayed on the website (net amounts, excluding VAT). Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 3 days before the end of the billing period. We provide refunds within 14 days for erroneous charges. Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
6. User Obligations
You agree not to:
• Use the Service to distribute illegal, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system
• Violate applicable privacy laws (GDPR) in relation to your end users
• Share login credentials with other persons
• Collect data from the platform without authorization (scraping)
• You are solely responsible for communications sent through the platform to third parties
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its elements (software, algorithms, design, logos, documentation) are the intellectual property of the Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited under the Hungarian Copyright Act (Act LXXVI of 1999).
Content uploaded by Users remains the User's intellectual property; by uploading, Users grant the Provider a non-exclusive license to process the content for service delivery purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
• Damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service (force majeure, maintenance)
• Accuracy of AI-generated content where the User provided incorrect or incomplete data
• Indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages
The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the User in the relevant calendar year.
9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Provider guarantees 99.5% monthly uptime for Scale plan subscribers. No SLA applies to Free and Growth plans. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via in-app notification and email.
10. Complaints
Users may submit complaints via:

Response time: within 5 business days
The Provider will send written acknowledgment and respond substantively within 30 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the following options are available:
• Consumer protection authority: competent government office at the User's place of residence
• Conciliation board (see section 11)
• Court proceedings (see section 13)
11. Conciliation Board
In case of consumer disputes, Users may initiate proceedings before the Conciliation Board operating alongside the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Chamber of Commerce and Industry:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible. Failing that, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nyíregyháza Court (Nyíregyházi Törvényszék). For consumer protection matters, the competent county government office handles first-instance proceedings.
14. Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Provider may immediately terminate the subscription if the User violates these Terms.
15. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. We will notify Users by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
